Ministry is Disciple Timothy

Ministry is not lordship but stewardship; not receiving but giving; not ascension but descension; not self-promotion but God-promotion; not your word but His; not creating but gathering sheep; not about programs but people; not a cruise but a battle; not revealing possibility but reality; not perfection but striving; not a dichotomy of secular and sacred; not measured by success but faithfulness; not you fixing brokenness but Jesus healing; not obligation but submission; not mediocre or radical but ordinary; not alone but in unity; not brainwashing but loving; not stress-free but a struggle; not easy but not without reward.
